Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Plans change! Emergencies come without an invitation. Sometimes people's minds just change. Please read the fine prints of each package/service before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows

  • For any cancellations please contact us via the CONTACT US link or write to us at [email protected] .
  • Classes once scheduled cannot be cancelled and no refund would be provided unless cancelled/rescheduled by TheThirdSchool.
  • Fees paid for scheduled batches will not be refunded under any scenario unless cancelled/rescheduled by TheThirdSchool.
  • We are liable to reschedule your next class/session FREE in lieu of a class/session cancelled due to any technical issue (time loss of more than 10-15min.) from TheThirdSchool’s end.
  • In case of genuine reasons; please write to us at [email protected] We will investigate the issue and the refund can be provided as per reasonable timeframes.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
